PrestigeIQ (“PrestigeIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI consulting, workflow design, automation, implementation, and related business services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can access, correct, or delete it.
This policy applies to goprestigeiq.com, to our lead forms hosted on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising platforms, to our tracked phone numbers, and to our email and SMS communications.
Short version: we collect the contact and business details you give us so we can respond to you and deliver the service you asked about. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. You can opt out or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing admin@goprestigeiq.com.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
a. Information you give us directly
- Contact and business details , name, business name, email address, phone number, trade or service type, service area, city and state, website address, and anything else you type into a form or tell us on a call.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms , if you submit one of our instant lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta transfers the information you entered (typically name, email address, phone number, and your answers to our qualifying questions) to us. Some of those fields may be pre-filled by Meta from your profile; you can edit or clear them before submitting. We receive this information only after you tap submit.
- Scheduling and intake information , when you book a session with us, the details you provide when scheduling, plus notes we take during the call (for example, your license number, job photos, and job history, if you choose to share them for onboarding).
- Billing information , if you become a client, our payment processor collects your payment card or bank details. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
b. Information collected automatically
- Website and device data , IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and the advertising campaign or search that brought you to us. Collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
- Tracked phone numbers and call data , we install call-tracking numbers so leads can be attributed to a source. When you call one of these numbers we log the calling number, the number dialed, date, time, call duration, and the marketing source. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping; where a call is recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call and may decline by hanging up or asking us not to record.
- Email and SMS engagement , whether a message was delivered, opened, clicked, or replied to.
c. Information we receive from third parties
- Advertising and lead platforms (including Meta and Google) that pass us the leads and campaign attribution described above.
- Publicly available business information , for example, a Google Business Profile, license registry, or company website , used to understand your business before a call.
- Client-provided data , if you are a client, the customer lists, past quotes, and contact records you provide to us so we can run review requests and follow-up on your behalf. See Section 8.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, precise geolocation, biometric data, or financial account credentials) and we ask that you not send it to us.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information only for these purposes:
- To contact you. To respond to your inquiry, call or text you back, schedule and confirm your session, and follow up if we do not reach you. If you submit a form or lead form, you are asking us to contact you about our services.
- To provide and operate our services. To design, build, integrate, operate, and support the consulting engagements and workflow systems you request.
- To measure our advertising. To understand which campaigns, ads, keywords, and pages produce inquiries, and to report cost per lead accurately.
- To improve our services and site. Aggregate analysis of traffic and conversion behavior.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, to enforce our agreements, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
5. Text messages, calls, and email , consent and opt-out
Consent. By submitting a form, a Meta lead form, or your number on a call, you agree that PrestigeIQ may contact you by phone call, text message, and email at the number and address you provided, including through an automated system, about your inquiry and our services. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out.
- Text: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or HELP for assistance. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

- Calls: tell us on the call, or email us, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.

We may still send you transactional messages you have asked for (such as an appointment confirmation) unless you ask us to stop those as well.
6. How long we keep your information
- Leads and inquiries that do not become clients: retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted or de-identified.
- Client records: retained for the term of the engagement and for 7 years after it ends, to meet tax, accounting, and contractual record-keeping obligations.
- Call recordings and transcripts: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Analytics and advertising data: retained according to the platform’s default retention settings, generally 14 months or less.
- Opt-out records: retained indefinitely, because we must keep a record that you asked not to be contacted in order to honor that request.

8. Data we process on behalf of our clients
When a skilled-trade business hires PrestigeIQ, we handle personal information belonging to that business’s customers and prospects , names, phone numbers, email addresses, service history, past quotes, and review-request records.
- For that data, the client is the controller (or business) and PrestigeIQ is the processor (or service provider). We process it only on the client’s documented instructions and only to deliver the services they engaged us for.
- We do not sell that data, do not use it to market our own services, do not combine it with data from other clients, and do not retain it after the engagement ends except as needed for backups and legal obligations.
- Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis and, where required, consent , including prior express written consent for marketing calls and texts , for the contacts they provide to us.
- If you are a customer of one of our clients and want your data accessed or deleted, contact that business directly, or email us at admin@goprestigeiq.com and we will forward your request to them and act on their instruction.
9. How we protect information
We use access controls, encryption in transit (TLS), limited need-to-know access for our personnel, and reputable vendors with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator in the timeframe the law requires.

If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection law may differ from your home country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or your consent for those transfers.
12. Relationship to Meta and other platforms
PrestigeIQ is an independent business. This Privacy Policy describes PrestigeIQ’s own practices only. It is not issued, sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, or any other advertising platform. If we make a material change , for example, adding a new category of data sharing , we will post a notice on this page and, where we have your email address and the law requires it, notify you directly.
